History
Here is the history of the site; all of the layouts up until now, and back until the most embarrassing layout I'm allowing to be shown. Note that the site did not start having "versions" until Version 6 - versions three, two, and one are explained below. Also, I have a screencap of some of my old pages that were popular, including my Inuyasha page.
Version 10 - Domino (Greenaleydis)
This layout was created while I listened to "Domino" by Girugamesh (a Japanese indie band) over and over. My main intent was to create something a little more simple than my other attempts at a layout. It is a div layer layout with JS navigation and a separate style sheet for the tutorials. This is a revamp layout, and is also the layout that marks the official naming of my site (Greenaleydis.)

Version 9 - Nymph
Created shortly after I started working with Apophysis. That is why it features a fractal flame on the side of the page. To me, the combination of the dark layout with a fractal flame, not to mention keeping it iframe, made this layout perfect. The fact that it is green (my absolute soul color) was another plus. I had a bunch more artwork to display, so I styled my artwork page differently for this layout.

Version 8 - Beautiful Earth
Created after I created the layout "Furtive," and features green, brushes, and a picture of me playing the violin. It is my second iframe layout, and it felt good to be back to iframes (which I thought at the time were easier to work with.) Of course the text was tiny and some of my pages (including the guestbook) got completely destroyed because of the small iframe content box. But designed a little differently, this could have been my perfect layout. This is the layout that I started offering real tutorials with.

Version 7 - Unnamed
This is the pink and green layout that stayed on my site for a year and a half, I think. It was nameless, and I don't know why I didn't give it a name... It features a reworked drawing of myself and what I think is the kanji for "butterfly." It basically reflects my interests at the time - anime and color. The influence of the anime art sites is extremely apparent here.

Version 6 - Sorrowless Rain (Flight Without Feathers)
Looking back, this layout is bulky with not only a lot of technical problems as a piece of art, but design problems as a layout. But at the time, I thought it was amazing, and a definite improvement from my previous layout. It is an iframe layout that required scrolling to get to the navigation - which was really annoying. And for a while, the content was not showing up in the content box. But this layout is where I figured out how to code and use iframes.

Version 5 - [Revival]
This is the layout that I created almost directly after being exposed to the world of anime art sites. I spent a lot of time trying to come up with the color scheme that I wanted, and was torn between a white layout, a coral and burgundy layout, and a yellow and navy layout. The biggest thing about this layout is the use of CSS - it is the site's first CSS layout.

Version 4 - Goddess [Old Site]
This is when I started to organize my site into an actual layout. I used what I affectionately call a primitive drawing as my main graphic - a drawing of me in an off-white dress (which probably highlights the self-absorbtion I displayed on my website more than the endless pages about my interests.) Half of my navigation was made up of Inuyasha picture galleries, which the few people who visited my site actually loved (somehow.)

Version 3 - Where I'm ADD on the Color Schemes
This reflects my finding of the site GRSites.com. I created logos using this site and structured my pages around the logos. I made a different one for each page, as I recall.

Version 2 - Where I Gain Some Sense
By "gain some sense," I mean that I recognized that regular websites have a layout and organization. That, I believe, was the full extent of the "sense."

Version 1 - The Beginning
This is when I first received my website as a present. I basically filled the page with cat cartoons and animations, and wrote a couple paragraphs about myself.

Fanservice
This is a screencap of my old Inuyasha page, which was in high demand. I knew this because almost every single guestbook post I got was either "Your Inuyasha page is so amazing," or "Back off, Inuyasha is mine." I think it was so popular not only because of the popularity of the series, but also because of the way it was organized - all of the image galleries were categorized by the characters, and I had everything from Inuyasha quotes to good Inuyasha fanfictions listed there. I also had funlists, fan pictures, and tips on how to create an "Inuyasha notebook." Unfortunately, not only could every single picture there be found at other websites, I was not much for updating it. Plus, it was cluttered beyond belief.
